VaultEdge Finance is an online investment platform for building and managing a portfolio across multiple asset classes. The interface is built around the tools an investor actually uses: a live market panel, clean charts, an order preview, and a single, consolidated buy and sell form.
Every funded account goes through a manual identity check, and every deposit and withdrawal is reviewed by our team before funds move. The platform favours a controlled, transparent experience over the fastest-possible execution.

How the platform works end-to-end
Account opening
Users register with an email address and confirm it with a one-time passcode. Browsing the dashboard is available before verification; funding and trading are not.
Identity verification (KYC)
Each account submits a government-issued ID along with name and date of birth. Our compliance team verifies every submission, typically within one business day.
Deposits
Users request a deposit through a designated deposit wallet address, optionally attaching a transfer reference and a proof screenshot. Our finance team reviews each request before the wallet is credited.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are submitted from the dashboard and reviewed by our finance team. Limits and processing times are shown before the user confirms the request.
Support & disputes
Email our support team directly. Responses are sent within one business day during published hours. Escalations go to the compliance contact listed on the contact page.
Security & monitoring
Every sign-in, deposit, trade, and withdrawal is written to an account activity log. Suspicious activity triggers a compliance review before funds move.
